Changes to the Rules for Import and Export Permits of Aquatic Animals

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the placement of a draft order amending the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2025, No. 405 "On Approval of the Rules for Issuing by the Administrative Authority Permits for Import into the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Export and (or) Re-export from the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Species of Fish and Other Aquatic Animals Subject to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora."
