The subprogram aims to ensure the country's food security and increase Kazakhstan's export potential. Farmers can gain access to resources to support the production cycle. Financing is provided from commercial resources, with the rate secured at 5% per annum.
The loan term is up to 12 months. Funds are allocated for replenishing working capital, including the purchase of young cattle and small ruminants for further fattening. To participate in the program, fattening farm facilities must meet regulatory requirements for minimum capacity. The borrower must have a registration number and comply with technical standards.
