Prodkorporatsiya repaid bonds worth 2.45 billion rubles

Prodkorporatsiya repaid 2.45 billion rubles in bonds, with the final coupon of 27.3 million rubles, marking the first Kazakh company to issue ruble-denominated bonds on the Moscow Exchange, and Moody's upgraded its credit rating outlook to positive.

JSC "NC "Prodkorporatsiya" has completed payments on five-year international bonds totaling 2.45 billion rubles. The size of the last coupon amounted to 27.3 million rubles. The debut issue of bonds denominated in rubles took place in 2021 on the Moscow Exchange. The loan was raised at a rate of 8.99%.

Prodkorporatsiya became the first Kazakh company to place securities on the Russian stock market as a foreign issuer. The funds were intended to replenish working capital for implementing industry tasks, as well as forward financing for agricultural producers. According to Ildar Ismagulov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "NC "Prodkorporatsiya", all due payments and repayment were successfully carried out at the end of March 2026. In October 2025, the international agency Moody's Ratings upgraded the outlook on Prodkorporatsiya's credit rating to "positive".
