The limited liability partnership "Agrofirm 'Rodina'" (Tselinograd district, Akmola region) has completed its 2026 sowing campaign. Work began on May 11, involving 90 units of equipment: 36 tractors, 29 seeding complexes, 12 harrows, and 13 cultivators. A total of 50,000 hectares were sown. The crop structure is as follows: wheat — 30,343 hectares, barley — 2,040 hectares, oats — 250 hectares, lentils — 1,010 hectares, flax — 5,525 hectares, Sudan grass — 5,100 hectares, alfalfa — 45 hectares, corn for silage — 1,750 hectares, potatoes — 30 hectares, and vegetables — 5 hectares.
Sowing was carried out within optimal agrotechnical timelines. The farm notes that the expansion of areas under forage crops (Sudan grass, corn for silage) is aimed at strengthening the feed base for livestock.
