Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov, during a working trip to the North Kazakhstan Region, inspected the progress of spring field work and the implementation of investment projects. Under the "Ken Dala 2" program, applications were received from 567 agricultural producers totaling 99.4 billion tenge, and 527 loans worth 93.1 billion tenge were issued, covering 1.2 million hectares of sown areas with preferential financing. Under the "Preferential Leasing" program, 177 applications were received for 24.1 billion tenge, and 127 contracts were concluded for the supply of 215 units of machinery worth 14.7 billion tenge. Overall, in the region, 4.3 million hectares will be sown in 2025, including 2.905 million hectares of grains and legumes, 908,000 hectares of oilseeds, and 405,000 hectares of fodder crops.
The minister reviewed the construction progress of a plant for producing granules and pressed bales from alfalfa at Salar Farm LLP, with a capacity of 60,000 tons per year and an investment volume of 5.5 billion tenge. The project is aimed at exporting high-protein feed to China, Central Asian countries, the UAE, and Europe. At the farm of the Zenchenko and K Partnership (with a spring field work area of 37,900 hectares), spring sowing was carried out on 20,000 hectares, and over 3,700 tons of mineral fertilizers were applied for the 2026 harvest. Head of Vishnevskoye LLP, Pavel Rafalsky, noted that early financing under the "Ken Dala 2" program allowed sowing to be completed within optimal timeframes.
