Kazakhstan continues implementing the financing program for spring field work of the 2026 season. Application acceptance began on October 1, 2025. The final interest rate for agricultural producers is 5% per annum. A pool of 5,142 applications totaling 630 billion tenge has been formed.
Already, 4.8 thousand agricultural producers have been financed with 572 billion tenge, covering over 6.8 million hectares of sown areas. In 2026, it is planned to allocate 750 billion tenge for concessional lending of spring field and harvesting work. Funds are distributed through six channels: direct lending by AKC JSC, second-tier banks, microfinance organizations, RIC, KT, and social-entrepreneurial corporations. To reduce the rate to 5%, a mechanism for subsidizing coupon remuneration on AKC JSC bonds is used, as well as loan guarantees through the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC (covering 85% of the loan amount).
1,379 guarantees have been issued for a total loan amount of 216.7 billion tenge. The received funds are directed towards the purchase of fuel and lubricants, mineral fertilizers, equipment repair, and forming a seed reserve.
