Investments in the Qyzyljar SEZ

Prime Minister Bektenov inspected the Qyzyljar SEZ in North Kazakhstan, noting 609 billion tenge in investments by 2025. Key projects include a bakery (37.3 billion tenge, 380 jobs, 15,000 tons/year), a mushroom farm, and equipment production.

During a working trip to the North Kazakhstan Region, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov reviewed the activities of the Qyzyljar Special Economic Zone (SEZ), where major investment projects are being implemented. As of the end of 2025, investments totaling 609 billion tenge have been attracted to the region. The Qyzyljar SEZ is executing projects for the production of bakery products, a mushroom farm, lifting and transport equipment, and others. The total investment in the bakery product project amounts to 37.3 billion tenge, which will create approximately 380 permanent jobs.

The enterprise's production capacity will reach 15,000 tons of products per year.
