In Kazakhstan, the implementation of the financing program for the 2026 spring field work season continues, with applications starting on October 1, 2025. The final interest rate for agricultural producers is 5% per annum. A pool of 5,307 applications worth 637 billion tenge has been formed. Already, 4,968 applications totaling 578 billion tenge have been financed.
In 2026, 750 billion tenge is planned to be allocated for preferential lending of spring field and harvest work. Funds are distributed through JSC "AKK," second-tier banks, microfinance organizations, RIC, KT, and social-entrepreneurial corporations. To reduce the rate to 5%, a mechanism for subsidizing coupon remuneration on bonds of JSC "AKK" is used, as well as loan guarantees through JSC "Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund" with 85% loan coverage. Preferential financing is available for the preparation and conduct of spring field work, harvest campaigns, and seasonal costs.
