Grain and Oilseed Prices in Kazakhstan as of June 29, 2026

Grain prices in Kazakhstan are stable or slightly rising ahead of the new harvest, with oilseed prices increasing, particularly for flax. Legume prices remain steady with a "sell" recommendation.

As of June 29, 2026, the grain market in Kazakhstan is in a waiting phase ahead of the new harvest. Wheat prices (including VAT, ex-elevator) are as follows: soft grade 3 (28 gluten) — 115 KZT/kg (unchanged, recommendation "hold"), up to 25 gluten — 104 KZT/kg (+1 KZT/kg), up to 23 gluten — 101 KZT/kg (+1 KZT/kg). Grade 4 wheat (up to 20 gluten) — 98 KZT/kg (+2 KZT/kg), grade 5 (up to 17 gluten) — 90 KZT/kg (+5 KZT/kg). Barley grade 2 — 90 KZT/kg (recommendation "as needed").

Durum (protein 14+) — 93 KZT/kg, (protein 15+) — 106 KZT/kg (both "as needed"). In the oilseed group, flax prices rose to 219 KZT/kg (+1 KZT/kg). Rapeseed — 225 KZT/kg, sunflower — 218 KZT/kg (recommendation "sell"), safflower — 178 KZT/kg, soybeans — 193 KZT/kg, white mustard — 215 KZT/kg. Legume prices (excluding VAT): yellow peas — 103 KZT/kg, red lentils — 127 KZT/kg, green (bulk) — 170 KZT/kg (all recommendation "sell").
