According to the data from JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", the export of grain and flour in grain equivalent from September 2025 to June 2026 reached 13.1 million tons. This is 13% higher than the indicators of the same period of the previous season, when 11.6 million tons were sent abroad. The main drivers of growth were traditional importing countries in the Central Asian region and Afghanistan. In particular, exports to Uzbekistan increased by 38% - from 3.9 million tons to 5.5 million tons, to Kyrgyzstan - by 1.4 times, to Afghanistan - by 59%, and to Turkmenistan - by 37%.
