Kazakhstan plans to sow 23.8 million hectares in 2025, with increased areas for oilseeds, corn, and fodder, while reducing wheat, rice, and cotton. Beef production reached 435,000 tons, with exports rising fivefold since 2019. Agricultural exports hit a record $7.2 billion, driven by growth in wheat, feed flour, flax seeds, and sunflower oil. Grain export subsidies boosted shipments by 47%. Preferential financing for spring field work exceeded 1 trillion tenge, and sugar beet harvest nearly doubled. New oil refining projects are slated for 2026.
